THE ART OF REFLECTION

Otherwise Indigo began as a personal turning point — a way to process change through art, music, and design. In the opening chapter of the Otherside journal (“Becoming”), I share more about that journey and how creativity became my anchor in sobriety and self-discovery.

What started as one project has grown into a space for reflective design — journals, tools, and experiences made to help others pause, reconnect, and begin again.

I feel lucky to have been offered a kind of grace — a chance to alchemise past experiences into something creative and useful, something that might help others find their own way through.
